Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

Your privacy matters to us. We keep the personal information we collect confidential, and we never sell it or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

What we collect and why

Simuno collects some information so we can run, support and improve the service.

Information you give us

  • Your account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google or Telegram.
  • Payments: the amount, date, status and reference of each top-up. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store card details or wallet keys.
  • Support: anything you write to us in a support ticket.

Information we collect automatically

  • Your orders: the numbers you bought and the SMS messages received on them, so we can show them to you and handle billing and refunds.
  • Device information such as your browser, operating system and IP address.
  • Service logs used to find and fix problems and keep the service secure.
  • Cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language and theme.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

Third parties

  • We work with a small number of trusted providers: our hosting provider, our payment provider and the networks that supply phone numbers. They receive only what they need to do their job; the networks see the number and the message, not who you are.
  • Links to other websites are not covered by this policy, and we are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.

How we use your information

  • To run and improve Simuno.
  • To answer your support requests.
  • To send you messages about your account and orders.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service or to meet legal and accounting requirements. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, and connections to the site are encrypted.

Your rights

Wherever you live, and in particular under the GDPR if you are in the European Union, you can:

  • see, correct or delete your data;
  • limit or object to how we use it;
  • get a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time.
