Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are a public offer from Simuno (the "Provider") to any person or company (the "Client") who accepts it on the conditions set out below.
1. Definitions
1.1 The following words have these meanings in this Agreement.
1.2 Acceptance: the Client's full and unconditional agreement to this Agreement, given by creating an account on simuno.net or by adding funds to the Wallet.
1.3 Site: the website at simuno.net, the Simuno Telegram Mini App and any other interface the Provider offers for using the Services.
1.4 Price: the amount shown on the Site for a Service before the Client buys it.
1.5 Account: the Client's personal area on the Site, where Services are bought and managed.
1.6 Wallet: the US dollar balance in the Client's Account, used to pay for Services.
1.7 Number: a mobile phone number made available to the Client for a limited time to receive SMS messages for a chosen app or website.
1.8 SMS, Code: a text message received on a Number, usually containing a verification code.
1.9 Mobile operator: a company that provides mobile network services to phone numbers.
1.10 Contact email: the email address the Client gave when creating the Account, and the support channel published on the Site for the Provider.
1.11 Refund: the return of money to the Client, either automatically to the Wallet or on request as described in Annex 1.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1 The Provider gives the Client the technical ability to receive SMS messages on a Number and read them in the Account (the "Services"). The Client pays for the Services as set out in this Agreement.
2.2 The Client understands that the Provider acts as an intermediary between the Client and the networks that supply the Numbers. The Numbers do not belong to the Client.
2.3 Prices, availability and how long each Number stays active are shown on the Site.
2.4 The Agreement is accepted when the Client creates an Account or first adds funds to the Wallet.
2.5 The Client may use the Services in any country where doing so is lawful. If using the Services is restricted or prohibited where the Client is, the Client may not accept this Agreement or use the Services.
2.6 By accepting this Agreement, the Client confirms that using the Services is lawful where the Client lives.
3. How the Services are provided
3.1 The Services are provided under this Agreement, its Annex and the information published on the Site.
3.2 If the information on the Site about how a Service works differs from this Agreement, the information on the Site applies to that Service.
3.3 To use the Services, the Client must have an Account and enough money in the Wallet.
3.4 The Provider may refuse to open or may close an Account without giving a reason, returning any unused Wallet balance that was not obtained through abuse.
3.5 A Number is active for the time shown on the Site, normally 15 minutes. Numbers cannot be extended, kept or transferred after they expire.
3.6 Availability depends on third-party networks. The Provider does not guarantee that a Number will be available for a given app or country, or that an app will accept a Number.
3.7 To prevent fraud, the Provider may ask the Client to confirm their identity or the source of a payment before providing further Services.
4. Payment and prices
4.1 The Client pays in advance by adding funds to the Wallet through the payment methods offered on the Site.
4.2 Added funds appear in the Wallet once the payment provider confirms the payment.
4.3 The Price of each Service is shown before purchase. Prices may change at any time; a change never affects a purchase already made.
4.4 The Price is taken from the Wallet when a Number is issued. If no code arrives, the Price is returned to the Wallet as described in Annex 1.
4.5 Wallet balances are held in US dollars, earn no interest and cannot be transferred to another Account.
5. Rights and obligations
5.1 The Client shall:
- not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation or evading bans, and not act in a way that harms the Provider or others;
- follow the rules of every app or website they use a Number with;
- pay for the Services as set out in this Agreement;
- compensate the Provider for documented losses, fines or claims caused by the Client breaking this Agreement.
5.2 The Client may ask the Provider for information about the Services, Prices, payments and their Wallet.
5.3 The Provider shall:
- keep the Site working during the term of this Agreement, except for maintenance and events outside its control;
- provide the Services as set out in this Agreement;
- answer the Client's questions about the Services, Prices, payments and their Wallet.
5.4 The Provider may:
- change this Agreement by publishing the new version on the Site at least 5 calendar days before it takes effect;
- change Prices at any time by publishing them on the Site;
- suspend or close the Account of a Client who breaks this Agreement;
- send service emails to the Client's Contact email, and marketing emails only where the Client can unsubscribe from them.
5.5 If the Client keeps using the Services after a change takes effect, the Client accepts the changed Agreement and Prices. A Client who does not agree should stop using the Services and may close their Account through support.
5.6 Except where the law does not allow it, the Provider is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the Client paid for the Service concerned.
6. Term and termination
6.1 This Agreement takes effect on Acceptance and continues until the Client's Account is closed and both parties have met their obligations.
6.2 Neither party is liable for failing to meet its obligations because of events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, network or power failures, government action or failures of third-party networks. Deadlines are extended for as long as the event lasts. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either party may end this Agreement.
7. Confidentiality and personal data
7.1 Each party keeps confidential any non-public information it receives about the other in connection with this Agreement.
7.2 The Provider does not disclose technical details of how the Services are delivered.
7.3 The Provider processes the Client's personal data (such as email address, name, Telegram or Google account identifier, IP address, payment records and messages to support) to provide the Services, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.4 The Provider protects this data, limits access to the people who need it and does not sell it.
7.5 The Client may at any time ask for a copy of their personal data, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, through support.
8. Disputes
8.1 The parties will try to settle any dispute through negotiation first. Before going to court, the Client must send a written claim to the Provider.
8.2 Claims are sent through a support ticket in the Account. The Provider sends its replies to the Client's Contact email or within the ticket.
8.3 The Provider answers claims within 30 calendar days.
9. Other terms
9.1 Notices under this Agreement are sent through support tickets or to the Contact email.
9.2 If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
9.3 Paying for the Services means accepting all of this Agreement.
9.4 Annex 1 is part of this Agreement.
Annex 1. Refunds
1. This Annex is part of the Terms and Conditions of Simuno and uses the definitions in section 1.
2. Automatic refunds. If a Number receives no code before it expires, or the Client cancels it before a code arrives, its Price is returned to the Wallet automatically. No request is needed.
3. After a code arrives. Once a Number has received a code, the Service has been provided and its Price is not refundable, even if the app later rejects the account.
4. Refund requests. The Client may request a refund of unused Wallet funds, or report a problem with an order, by opening a support ticket that names the payment or order concerned (amount, date and payment method). Each request is reviewed individually.
5. A refund of Wallet funds is limited to the funds that payment added and that the Client has not spent. Refunded funds are removed from the Wallet.
6. Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are sent only to the wallet the payment came from, in the same currency, less any network fee.
7. If a request concerns a Service that was not delivered, the Provider may first offer to provide that Service or an equivalent one.
