Automatic refunds

If a number does not receive a code before its time runs out, the order is cancelled and the full price goes back to your wallet automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Cancelling

You can cancel a number a few minutes after buying it, as long as no code has arrived. The full price is returned to your wallet immediately.

After a code arrives

Once a code has been received, the number has done its job and the order is complete. These orders are not refundable, even if the service later rejects the account.

Wallet top-ups

Money added to your wallet is used for buying numbers. If a top-up payment fails or is cancelled, nothing is added and nothing is charged. If you believe a payment was charged but not credited, open a support ticket with the payment time and we will check it.

Problems

If something went wrong with an order, open a support ticket from your account and select the number. We review every request.
